GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS / REGULATIONS / INFORMATION OF SERVICE
If your Pet is to be picked up by someone other than yourself or your Authorised Representative(s), you must make these arrangements, including payment, prior to Check-Out. This person must show proof of identification before your Pet will be released to them.
A sum equivalent to 15% of the total fee for your Pet’s stay will be collected upon check-in to cover for any further expense or charges which may be incurred including in the case of an emergency (“Security Deposit”). The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilised.
If you need to extend your Pet’s stay, please call us prior to the Check-Out Date or as soon as reasonably practicable to inform us of the delay and provide us with a new Check-Out Date. In such circumstances, our usual rates for such extended period shall be applicable.
In the event you do not pick up your Pet within 10 days of the expected Check-Out Date your Pet will be deemed abandoned and we reserve the right to relinquish care of the abandoned pet to an appropriate agency or offer the pet for adoption. You will still be liable for all charges incurred.
Boarding animals will be Checked-In and Checked-Out only during regular operating hours. Our operating hours are posted on our website and on the front door of our business. Our check-in times are from 3.00p.m. onwards and check-out time is by 12.00p.m. Our visiting hours are from 9am to 7pm on Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The Pet must complete their first 3 vaccinations with the latest jab being within 12 months of the intended date of boarding. We reserve the right to refuse the Pet for boarding if the Pet has not completed its first 3 vaccinations. If we do accept the Pet for boarding, we will board and isolate the Pet separately from other pets to avoid risk of infection.
The Pet must be free of external parasites (fleas & ticks) when admitted for boarding and will undergo a checking before being allowed into the boarding site. Infected Pet must be treated upon arrival at the Owner’s expense.
Please let us know if your Pet can be aggressive towards people/pets so that we can take proper precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and other pets.
All precautions will be taken to prevent injury, escape, or other life-threatening emergencies. We will not be held accountable for problems that develop, provided that reasonable care and precautionary measures have been taken.
We make every attempt to return all personal belongings that you leave with your Pet. However, items may be lost or damaged to due to change of bedding or cleaning of the items. We cannot guarantee the return of all your items and shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage.
